    ODOT eQuote
    The department's new electronic quote process is coming for all operating goods and services (excluding IT purchases at this time). All vendors and suppliers interested in doing business with ODOT, even if currently registered with the State of Ohio, must complete a new vendor registration. Please register now through Sept. 30, 2015. The new site launches Oct. 5 for bidding opportunities.

    ODOT and the Ohio Turnpike are conducting a Disparity Study to assess the opportunities available for small, minority- or women-owned contractors and suppliers in the current market. We need help for the study to be successful. Learn more about the study and how to participate.
  • Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program (DBE)
    Small & Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program (DBE)
    ODOT’s Small and DBE Program provides support and assistance to minority and women owned businesses seeking opportunities to participate in construction activities and provide materials and services for the state. Visit the DBE Program site for more information and guidance on the certification and prequalification processes that can help disadvantaged firms further their success!

    This division's mission is developing new and innovative approaches to managing, maintaining, operating, and building Ohio's infrastructure assets to: • Reduce costs; • Enhance efficiency; and • Generate revenue. With a focus on developing and implementing ODOT’s Public Private Partnership policy and program.
  • Office of Jobs & Commerce Site
    Division of Jobs & Commerce
    The Jobs & Commerce staff provide outreach and respond to business issues related to transportation funding in Ohio. This section participates in the Ohio Department of Development Review Committees to troubleshoot multi-agency and multi-jurisdictional transportation issues and offers site location recommendations to encourage business to use existing transportation infrastructure and assets.
