ODOT publishes the Location and Design Manual as a three volume series.

The Office of Roadway Engineering Services publishes Volume 1 - Roadway Design
(below).

The other two volumes are published by the following offices:
Office of Structural Engineering: Volume 2 - Drainage Design
Office of Production: Volume 3 - Highway Plans

Designers may find additional discussion regarding sections of manual on the Roadway Standards FAQ page.

The Location and Design Manuals are no longer published in paper format.
