The preferred display of the ODOT logo is in one solid spot color: Green - PMS 347 (figures 1.1 and 1.11). Figure 1.1, with the zephyr accompanied by the text in two lines is the ideal presentation, but figure 1.11 is acceptable when space and proportion are a factor. Please refer to the following specifications for consistency and accuracy in reproduction across other various formats.

Alternately, continuous white (on solid background) and continuous black may be substituted (figures 1.2 -1.4) When displayed alone, without additional accompanying text identifying the department, the wording “STATE OF OHIO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION” should encircle the center element. (See figures 1.1 -1.4)
A version without lettering is acceptable when the logo is accompanied by other agency identifying text and/or for presentations where legibility of lettering is a concern. This applies to situations, including but not limited to, smaller size logos in print, and for display on Web pages and presentations. (See figures 2-1-2.4)
