Conduit, fittings and ells shall be inspected upon receipt of shipment for condition and conformance to the plans, specifications and/or approved catalog cuts. (Field)

A UL Label.

The words "Rigid metal conduit" or "Rigid steel conduit".

The manufacturer's name or trademark.

Coating Requirements:

The exterior surface of conduits, ells, or couplings shall be thoroughly and evenly coated with metallic zinc (galvanized). The interior surface of conduits and ells shall be protected by zinc or enamel.
