Fencing Certified in Accordance with Supplement 1067
Fence materials and associated fence components meeting the materials requirements of the ODOT Construction and Materials Specifications, standards or plans will be acceptable for direct shipment and immediate use in construction projects. Producer/suppliers conforming to this supplement’s requirements are authorized to provide fencing products under certification. This supplement makes no changes or revisions of any ODOT, ASTM or AASHTO specification requirements for fence materials and/or associated components. Producer/suppliers will direct ship fence materials to ODOT projects. Certified materials are not transferable.
Certification of a fencing product does not eliminate the Project Engineer’s authority to inspect and reject any, or all, certified fencing products delivered to the jobsite with excessive defects, damage or that do not meet specifications.
