TE-24 Plant Sample and Tested Material - This screen is for project level approval of TE-24’s. These are materials that passed the initial inspection at the producer’s plant. The project personnel need to check for defect that could have occurred during shipping and handling and verify that the correct material made it to the jobsite. A "Y" is to be entered under Project Approval if all is well. This screen is used, in the same manner, for district level approval.

The CMS Portal/Materials & Testing button on the ODOT website can be used to find a TE-24 in the system. However, a paper copy of the TE-24 should be been provided by the Producer and accompanied the shipment at the time of delivery.

2. Producer/Supplier Code (required): F4 to search if unknown.

3. Enter"3".

4. Leave blank.

5. TE-24 Number (required).

6. Leave blank.

7. Leave blank.

8. Leave blank.

9. Leave blank.

10. Leave blank.

Press enter and the specific TE-24 will be shown.

11. Act: Type in "U" on the line to be approved.

12. If the reference number is wrong (this can be checked in PBOM), change it before approving the TE-24.

13. Make sure the quantity and material are correct.

14. Type in "Y" for Project Approval.

Continue steps 11 thru 14 for each line.

Ignore the error message: "3072 CANNOT ASSIGN MATERIAL PRIOR TO SAMPLE DATE".
