Title

A Blue Screen Is Displayed Instead of Timecard

All End Users, IT Staff

Problem:
After successfully logging into Kronos, the user sees a blank blue screen instead of the timecard applet.
 
Information or Workaround:
This is the result of a corrupt Flash package being downloaded, typically occurring when the application servers are having trouble.
Contact your local IT Helpdesk. They have been provided a procedure for resolving this issue.
