Mission Statement

Our mission is to serve the people of Ohio by dedicating ourselves to the fair and equitable treatment of all parties affected by the purchase of right of way to further the Department of Transportation's highway projects.

Individuals affected by the purchase of right of way include the general public, businesses, utility companies and other governmental entities.  We will be open and responsive to their needs, conducting ourselves in a professional, honest and forthright manner.

We will provide positive leadership that treats all Office of Real Estate personnel with dignity and respect.  In addition, we will strive to create a work environment that fosters personal, professional and organizational growth.
