AS OF APRIL 2, 2014, ODOT IS NOT ACCEPTING ANY NEW BMS ACCESS REQUESTS, AS BMS IS BEING TRANSITIONED TO SMS.

 

External Access to ODOT's Bridge Management System (BMS)
Request Form

In order to obtain access to ODOT's BMS system you must fill out all of the information to the right and submit to ODOT.  This information will be used to determine if you are approved for BMS access, aid in setting up your account and allow ODOT to contact you in the future.  After we receive this information and the request is approved, ODOT will setup a username and initial password for you.

Please allow 5 working days for the approval process to complete.  Additional information will be supplied once your account is approved.  If you have any questions, please contact the ODOT DOIT Service Desk at 1-888-809-6368.
