ODOT Auctions are handled in 3 phases pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code.

Phase 1:  Private State Auction (Restricted) – This phase of the auction is restricted to political subdivisions of the State of Ohio such as State, Municipal, County, Township entities and School Districts only. These government entities will have the opportunity to purchase equipment directly from the ODOT.  Auction contact information is listed below.  Government entities may complete the sign up form below to be sent auction information. Contact Email Sam Morrison to request  more information.
Phase 2: Private Website Auction (Restricted) – This phase of the auction is restricted to political subdivisions of the State of Ohio such as State, Municipal, County, Township entities and School Districts only. These government entities will have the opportunity to purchase equipment on the internet from GovPlanet.  Entities allowed to purchase during the private phase of the auction must register on the GovPlanet website before bidding at www.GovPlanet.com, sign up link on the top right of the web page. All transactions are handled through GovPlanet.
Once registration is complete, please email GovPlanet Account Services Manager Lauren Bible at lbible@ritchiebros.com to gain access to bid/view the private site www.GovPlanet.com/odot.  
Phase 3: Public Auction opens and equipment can be purchased from the GovPlanet website. For all auctions available through GovPlanet, use this link: http://www.govplanet.com/ohio.
