Asset Autions is the official website for all ODOT equipment auctions. Auctions are held monthly, with an exception during snow and ice season. Each District is notified monthly to review items in auction status based on a list distributed by the Office of Equipment Management. Once the items are confirmed, then Asset Auctions takes the photos and the details to post on the website. Each auction is located off of the main link under the Government link section (direct link posted below). Each Auction is scheduled to go through all three phases based on the ORC with offerings to Municipalities, Public Agencies, and the general public.
All user access to the website to bid are handled through Asset Auctions Directly. There is a link on the main page to apply for access. This access also determines what phases of the auction you are able to view and bid on.
