Statewide Traffic Management Center

The Statewide Traffic Management Center (TMC) operates and manages multiple programs and technologies that exist to facilitate the easy movement of people and goods on Ohio’s roadway network. The 24/7 TMC provides real time traveler information through various roadside devices:

​The TMC is responsible for providing real time traffic information through OHGO. OHGO provides information for locations where motorists may encounter unexpected travel delays.  Safety Patrol

 TRIP

 

The TMC manages the statewide towing & recovery incentive payment (TRIP) program. ODOT pays heavy tow companies to quickly clear freeway crashes that involve large vehicles.
