ODOT is now accepting applications from public and private organizations interested in exhibiting at the 2016 Ohio Planning Conference.
With an anticipated attendance of 400 transportation planners and related professionals, the 2016 Ohio Planning Conference is the prime opportunity to showcase your organization and show support for your statewide, regional, and local planning partners.
A limited number of exhibit spaces are available directly outside of the main conference room where the opening sessions and luncheons will be held. An exhibitor package includes one table for display, your organization's name in the conference program, and two conference registrations. The fee to exhibit is $1,000. Please note, internet access is not available for exhibitors. Details concerning table dimensions, shipping instructions for pre-conference delivery of materials, and fee payment instructions will be provided to exhibitors after the application deadline.
Not sure if exhibiting at the Planning Conference is for you? The conference focuses on transportation planning, not engineering. This encompasses emerging trends, tools, and strategies that aid in the planning of safe and efficient multimodal transportation systems. Transportation planning occurs before transportation engineering begins. Therefore, the conference will not cover the topics of project design, construction, or maintenance. The deadline to submit an exhibitor application has passed.
