Section 106 Toolkit
 
The Section 106 Toolkit is designed as a companion piece to the Section 106 training course required by ODOT for vendors and ODOT staff who participate in the writing of environmental documents.

The toolkit is divided into categories of Section 106 training that closely follow course organization as outlined in the agenda.
