I was traveling along state route 148 on Saturday, April 20 when I happened upon a railroad crossing, near the Murray coal mine, with a train going through but the lights were not on and the bars were not down. I do not know who needs to be contacted for this problem, but this is a major safety. issue.
Has the dot ever consided making st. rte. 62 in Grove City(i.e. through downtown) into 3 lanes instead of 4 like it is now. One lane each north , and south, and a turn lane between southwest blvd. down to kingston ave. this is so tight through here that cars often end up on the sidewalk, and suv s, and pickup trucks often lose there mirrors, let alone large trucks. We often walk a different route when we go downtown ,because it seems so unsafe. Since I seen rte 40 in West Jefferson turned into 3 lanes it made me think you could look at doing that here. Since Grove City is thinking about creating new construction in there downtown area.

Hello. I am planning on putting a significant financial investment into a property on Edwards Road in Cincinnati. I lease the building space, so the investment will only be worth it if my business is in the building for many years. I was wondering if there is a plan to change Edwards Road on the Cincinnati side. My business address is 3964 Edwards Road. 45209. There has been so much development on the Norwood side of Edwards the Road is pretty busy. Please let me know if you have any plans on widening on the Cincinnati side. Thank you,

Hello. I'd like to be of assistance to the planning department in the State of Ohio, as well as see how the process is done. AI've always been fascinated in city planning and to this day anytime I see a problem that is worth noting I report it to the proper authorit(ies). I've been involved in city planning projects since I moved to Columbus at the age of 12. I look forward to hearing back from you. Thank you.
I am the General Manager for the Eat'n Park Restaurant in Boardman, OH (Mahoning County). I am working on my financial plan for FY2014 and was needing to know if any major road construction projects in my area for next year. We are located on Market Street (Route 7). Nearby roads include the turnpike and SR224. If you could just email me any information if you have it, it would greatly be appreciated.
Is there any plans in the future to extend the GoBus route to go to Cleveland? There are quite a few students in colleges in Cincinnati, Athens and Columbus that live in the Cleveland area. Thank you.

I have a retail building in Westerville, Ohio which is set back from the intersection. I would like to place a monument sign closer to the intersection which is in your ROW. Who do I contact to discuss this matter?
Appreciate any assistance on this matter.
I wanted to know who to complain to about the traffic flow at the intersection of State Route 23 and 317/665. Every evening, I am waiting at least 15 to 20 minutes to get across 23 because of traffic being backed up. I leave work at 515 PM around the Rickenbacker area.
How do I go about ordering a set of plans that are for a project that is up for bid.
I'm a business owner here in West Jefferson on Main St. I need to know who to contact that's over Madison county, it's concerning our crosswalks on Main St. Here in West Jefferson, The Village Council told me that I would have to contact you. It's also concerning about the speed limit thorough our Down Town W.J. which allows drivers to go as fast as 36 miles an hour through town before they get ticked on a 25 mile zone. Please get back to me, I appreciate any information you can help me with as to who I need to talk to.Thank you, Belinda Ewing
What's the process for getting the turn lanes installed at the intersection of Morse Rd and St. Rt. 310 in Licking County? The state has already bought the right of way, lengthened the line of sight to the north and leveled the site.
I'm writing with regard to the proposed I-71 interchange(s) in Delaware County deemed necessary as a result of the planned outlet mall and associated businesses (hotels, housing, etc.).
As a property owner in Berkshire Township (450 Carters Corner Road) I certainly understand the need for a new interchange and road improvements however, I question the rational for extending a new road east to Sunbury?
My wife and I got our first view of the proposed South and North interchanges at the Berkshire Township house on election day ... and were quite surprised to see a new road bisecting our property on the Northern interchange map. That said, we have a number of questions/comments:
- Who is responsible for planning where the proposed interchange and associated roads will be located?
- What criteria is used to determine the most appropriate location?
- The southern interchange certainly appears to be closest to the planned areas of development and also appears to have minimal impact on residential properties ... is that something that is taken into account?
- As a local homeowner, what are the best means to make our voices heard ... who has the ultimate decision making authority on planning and execution of plan?
- Timing ... it has been reported that groundbreaking for the outlet project would begin in early 2015 ... how is that possible without having the appropriate infrastructure plans in place?
- Somewhat of a reiterated question but why does there need to be a new road (regardless of which interchange is chosen) to connect to Sunbury when 36/37 already serves that purpose? Isn't the plan for the interchange to serve the traffic needs for development that is largely adjacent to I-71?
We appreciate your attention in responding to our questions.
