LPA Advisory Group Federal-aid Process Fact Sheet Job Aids
The goal of the LPA Advisory Group is to shorten federal-aid project delivery time for Ohio’s Locally Administered Transportation Projects.  In response to this goal, the Group has developed job aids. 
These are tools to help LPAs administering federal-aid funds to complete local projects in their project administration responsibilities.  The aide\s developed to date are listed below along with a brief explanation of the aid’s intended purpose.

Purpose of Job Aid
 
Developed by the ODOT Office of Environmental Services to address/answer the following questions raised by the risk assessment conducted by the LPA Advisory Group: 
  • What dates can you not schedule construction due to environmental limitations?  This aid answers the question for the following categories:
o   Percid Stream - Avoid In Water Work 1
o   Salmoid Stream- Avoid In Water Work 1
o   Other Streams- Avoid In Water Work 1
o   Streams with No In-Stream Restrictions- Avoid In Water Work 1
