Introduction

The Research, Development and Technology Transfer Manual of Procedures provides a detailed description of ODOT's research program. Referenced in all standard research agreements, the Research Manual explains the policies and procedures that govern the program. Approved by the Federal Highway Administration, the Research Manual dated December 2010 serves as a reference for participants and a source of guidance and instructions for others in the transportation community who wish to know more about ODOT's research program.
