Traffic Monitoring SectionThis section is responsible for programming, collecting, analyzing, and reporting traffic monitoring data for Interstate, United States, and State routes in the state of Ohio. Traffic monitoring data includes vehicle volume, vehicle classification, and weigh-in-motion. Data is collected using manual, portable (road tube), and permanent Automatic Traffic Recorders (ATR) and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) methods.

Diane Boso, Permanent Count Data Manager - Permanent ATR/WIM and manual turning movement count data processing / reporting
Lindsey Pflum, Transportation Engineer - Weigh-In-Motion (WIM) data collection and reporting
Darren Swingle, Short Term Count Data Manager - Short-term count data processing / reporting. Provide support for count data included in the HPMS program and Road Inventory file

Robb Watson, GIMS Specialist - Provide GIS support, maintain GIS data, maintain traffic count database and create reports for internal and external customers
