The Ohio LTAP center strives to offer resources for our local customers in many different formats.  Please use this order form request printed publications and DVDs which our center has available for distribution.

Please note:

• quantities are limited to one per requestor
• all fields must be filled out for your request to be completed
• items are intended for distribution to local government agencies and local government employee requests will be filled as a first priority
