- 2nd Place (tie) - "Sign Shop Build and Fleet Logo Redesign" - City of Hilliard
- 2nd Place (tie) - "Asphalt Tail Gate" - Morris Township (Knox County)

All Ohio entries will also be forwarded to the National Build a Better Mousetrap Competition, to be judged at the summer National LTAP Association meeting in August.
