The National Gateway Initiative is a public-private partnership between CSX and Ohio, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., Virginia, and North Carolina to link Mid-Atlantic ports and key distribution points and population centers.

The National Gateway Project Updates site features an opportunity for interested parties to request additional information from CSX. It also includes a sign up form to receive e-mail updates and information for interested contractors and consultants.
