Springfield-Beckley Municipal Airport
Springfield-Beckley Municipal Airport serves corporate, military, and general aviation customers, and is also home to military units representing the Ohio Army Guard, Army Reserve and Ohio Air National Guard Units. The airport is contiguous with Airpark Ohio, a 191-acre business park which contains industrial, corporate office, and light manufacturing tenants across a variety of business sectors, including aviation. Springfield-Beckley Municipal Airport is home to a 9,000ft main runway, a 5,500ft crosswind runway, with an Instrument Landing System, a full service FBO and a state-of-the-art control tower. Encompassing over 1,800 acres of property, KSGH offers a rural setting that presents an ideal location for UAS flight testing and has hosted several UAS testing events over the past several years. Its proximity to both the City of Springfield (4 miles) and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (12 miles) afford a rich supplier base to support UAS development.
