TCE Program Benefits


  • Full-Time Employment with advancement to the next level of Engineering upon completion of your probationary period

  • Yearly compensation - $48,755.20; Yearly step increases and a promotion at the end of 54 weeks of employment to a Transportation Engineer 2 with yearly salary of $53,477.00.
