ODOT seeking public comment on
LIMA, Ohio (Feb. 14, 2018) – The
Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District 1, in compliance with
the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), is seeking public
comments regarding the following proposed project:
Elida Road pavement resurfacing (PID: 95503) - The Ohio Department of Transportation,
in partnership with the Allen County Engineer, is proposing to
resurface approximately two miles of Elida Road from the eastern
corporation limit of the city of Delphos to the junction with Baugh
Construction activities will result in temporary roadway
closures; vehicular traffic may be detoured. Access to all properties
will be maintained throughout construction.
Construction for this project is scheduled to occur in the
summer of 2018.

Project-related issues the public may wish to comment on
include, but are not limited to, historic or cultural resources,

The environmental review, consultation, and other actions
required by applicable Federal environmental laws for these projects
are being, or have been, carried-out by ODOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327
and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 11, 2015, and executed
by FHWA and ODOT.
