the state Route 115 (North West Street) interchange will require the
temporary closure of the U.S. 30 westbound exit ramp and U.S. 30

work at the bridge over Interstate 75 on township Road 224 (Swaney
Road) in Allen County will require the temporary roadway closure of
Swaney Road (at the bridge only). Access to all properties will be
maintained throughout construction.
Temporary closures are only expected at these structures. No
other roadway closures will occur as a result of this project.
Work on several of the structures related to this project
will occur in regulated floodplains. Impacts to these floodplains
are anticipated to be minor and result in no rise in localized flood
levels. A statement of findings detailing the results of the final
floodplain analysis will be made available on the ODOT District 1
