Meeting to be held at Defiance High School
LIMA (Thursday, May 7, 2015) The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District 1 will conduct a public meeting to discuss a future project which will replace the bridge carrying Ohio 15 (Clinton Street) over the Maumee River, Defiance.
The meeting will be held Thursday, May 14 in the Defiance High School cafeteria located at 1755 Palmer Drive, Defiance.
A presentation will begin at 6 p.m.
Officials with ODOT and its consultant, Burgess and Niple of Columbus, will present the recommended preferred alternative which will address the deteriorating condition of the existing bridge. The project is currently slated to begin construction in 2019.

Questions regarding the project may be directed to Jennifer Gasser, ODOT District 1 project manager, at (419)999-6871; or Jeffrey Griffin, project manager, Burgess & Niple, at (614)459-2050.
