ODOT Selling prime property near I-75
Auction to be held April 30
LIMA (Thursday, April 23, 2015)The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) will sell by public auction a property near Interstate 75 in Lima with opportunity for commercial growth.
The property will be offered at auction on Thursday, April 30 beginning promptly at 10 a.m., at the Courtyard by Marriott, 936 Greely Chapel Road, Lima.
The property is a 2.598-acre lot located at the intersection of Ohio 117/Bellefontaine Avenue and Greely Chapel Road on the east side of Lima near Interstate 75. The property is in a prime location near multiple retail, restaurant and hospitality businesses. All utilities are available at the interstate commerce site.
The property is an excess parcel, meaning it is not needed by ODOT for future highway right of way purposes. The property is being offered at public auction because of its prime location and because of the unique opportunity it provides for development.
