ODOT Officials to Present Interstate 75 Proposals
LIMA - The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) will conduct a public meeting on November 18, 2009 regarding the Allen 75 Study.
The meeting will be held at the Lima Senior High School (Commons Area), located at 1 Spartan Way, Lima, from 5:30-7 p.m. A formal presentation will be made at 5:30 p.m. followed by a question and answer period.
The public is being asked to provide comments regarding proposed improvements to the I-75 mainline and at the interchanges at Breese Road, Ohio 65, Fourth Street, Ohio 309/117 and Ohio 81.
Displays of the preferred alternative for improvements to both the I-75 mainline and associated five interchanges will be available throughout the evening.
“Public comment is important at every step of development in a project of this magnitude. We encourage everyone to become involved and provide their thoughts regarding the future of Interstate 75,” said Leonard Brown, ODOT District 1 Deputy Director.

Comments will be accepted until December 2, 2009.
