A $9.8 million project to replace the Anthony Wayne Trail/SR 25 bridge over the railroad with additional vertical clearance, as well as replace the signal at City Park/Emerald.​​

Inbound and Outbound Anthony Wayne Trail reduced to two lanes to build crossovers

Inbound reduced to one lane in outbound lanes to rebuild the inbound half of the bridge 
Summer 2019* through Summer 2020
Inbound and Outbound Anthony Wayne Trail reduced to two lanes in the inbound lanes to rebuild the outbound half of the bridge, reconstruction median, and finish project
 
Notable:
Throughout this project, there will not be access to/from the Trail to/from Emerald and City Park.​
 ​
​*There have been delays to the project due to lack of track time with the busy railroad line below. Inbound will remain reduced to one lane through summer 2019.
