Hiram Crabtree, Business & Human Resource Administrator
The District Two Business and Human Resources department provides assistance and support to District Two's employees as well as its external customers. This department contains the Finance department which oversees the district's financial matters, payroll, and accident claims. There is also Facilities, which maintains the upkeep of not only the District Office facility, but also all of the remote sites belonging to District Two. The Human Resources department is responsible for District Two's hiring of employees, benefit coordination, and training.
Business and Human Resources also investigates all ODOT vehicle accidents and incidents, as well as Worker's Compensation injuries and inspections. The Information Technology department ensures that the District Two employees are equipped with computer-related hardware and software to create an efficient work force.
These departments all work together to provide a safe and cost-efficient workplace and environment for District Two.
