The Douglas Road bridge over I-475 is now open to traffic and pedestrians.  Douglas Road is a major north/south route within the City of Toledo. The opening of the bridge restores access to The University of Toledo and the Toledo Hospital, as well as mark significant progress on the Three Bridges Project.
