SR 109 SOUTH OF LIBERTY CENTER

Bowling Green:  ODOT District 2 announces the following update to US 24 New Highway Construction in Henry county. 

US Route 24: New Highway Construction
Henry County (152-08):  Construction of a newly aligned four-lane divided highway, including an interchange at SR 109 and overpass at CR 4A in Henry County.  Construction vehicles will enter and exit using the current US 24, SR 109 and CR 4A.  Beginning Monday, August 11 through Wednesday, August 13, SR 109 between US 24 and CR T/Maple St. will be closed for the tie in of the temporary roadway adjacent to SR 109.  Northbound detour: US 24, SR 295; US 20A. Southbound detour: 20A, SR 108, US 6. Through August 2009, CR S between CR 7 and CR 8 will be closed for construction of the SR 109 interchange. Until February 2009, CR 4A will be closed between CR T and CR S for construction of an overpass.  Project complete: November 2011.  All work is weather permitting.
