Bowling Green:     ODOT District 2 announces the following update to the US 20 road widening project in Wood and Sandusky counties.  Updates are underlined and in bold.

 9.  US Route 20:  Major Widening  
Wood and Sandusky counties (167-07
):  US 20 is being widened from two lanes to five from Busch Street in Woodville to Bradner Road.  Lane widths in both directions are restricted to 11 feet throughout the construction zone.  One lane will be maintained at all times.   On Wednesday, September 17, and Thursday, September 18, between 9am and 3pm, there will be intermittent closures on US 20 between Dutch and Bradner roads.  Traffic will be maintained by flaggers.  Through October, Fostoria Road north of US 20 is closed for pavement reconstruction.  Current detour: Bradner Road; Recker Road.  Fostoria Road detour will change on Monday, September 22 to:  Emch Road.  Beginning Monday, September 22 through Monday, November 3, Bradner Road north of US 20 will be closed.  Detour:  Recker Road; Pemberville Road.  Project complete: November 2009.  All work is weather permitting.
