Interstate 475/U.S. 23 Resurfacing & Bridge Work UPDATE
BOWLING GREEN (Tuesday, September 11, 2012) - The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District Two announces the following update concerning construction on the Interstate 475/U.S. 23 Resurfacing & Bridge project. Updates are highlighted in bold and underlined.

Lucas County (254-12): The following ramps will be closed for pavement repair:
On Wednesday, September 12, through Friday morning, September 14, overnight from 9pm until 6am, the ramp from westbound I-475 to northbound US 23 will be closed. Suggested alternative route: southbound I-475/US 23; Central Avenue (Exit 13); northbound US 23.
On Friday, September 14, from 9pm, through Saturday, September 15 at 6am, the ramp from Central Avenue to northbound I-475/US 23 will be closed. Suggested alternative route: southbound US 23; Airport Highway (Exit 8A); northbound I-475
Through October, northbound US 23, between I-475 and Sylvania Avenue, will be reduced to one lane for bridge work.
Through November, overnight 8pm until 6am, lane restrictions are possible in both directions of I-475/US 23, from Central Avenue to the Ohio/Michigan border for resurfacing.
Through September, overnight, 8pm through 6am, lane restrictions are possible in both directions of I-475 at the Ohio Turnpike for bridge repair.
Project complete: November. All work is weather permitting.
