I-75 Downtown project update
To install a pipe 15 feet below ground, it is necessary to close Collingwood Blvd. under I-75 on Thursday, April 25 through Friday, April 26.
To head west, the detour will be to take Erie St. to Nebraska Ave. to Collingwood Blvd.
Access to/from the local neighborhood will be maintained.
ODOT, the project contractor, and the City of Toledo all agreed to implement the two-day closure rather than prolong impacts by placing the pipe piece-by-piece.
