Interstate 75 Widening Project
 
BOWLING GREEN (Saturday, August 2, 2014) - The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District Two announces the following update to the I-75 widening project.  Updates are highlighted in bold and underlined:
Interstate 75: Widening
Lucas County(170-14, 199-14, 237-14 & 3000-14):
Effective Sunday, August 3, at 4pm through Monday, August 4, at 6am, southbound I-75 at SR 582 will be reduced to one lane for pavement repair.  August Through 2016, southbound I-75 will be reduced to two lanes from US 20 to I-475 Perrysburg. Through September, overnight from 8pm until 6am, single lane restrictions and traffic shifts are possible on I-75, from US 20 in Perrysburg to CR 99 in Hancock County, for pavement repair and barrier wall installation. Through November, Bays Road at I-75, and Jerry City Road, at I-75 will be closed for bridge work. Detour: SR 25; SR 281; Solether Road. Additional restrictions will be announced. Project complete: August 2017. All work is weather permitting.
