Interstate 75 Widening in Wood County
BOWLING GREEN (Monday,
July 24, 2017) - The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District Two
announces the following updates to the I-75 widening project in Wood County.
Updates are highlighted in bold and underlined:
Interstate 75: Widening
Wood & Hancock Counties (170-14, 199-14, 237-14 & 3000-14):
Restrictions: Through August,
single lane restrictions are possible on I-75, between US 20 and CR 99 in
Hancock County, for finish work.
Wednesday, July 26 at 7pm, through Thursday, July 27 at 6am, the following
ramps will be closed for resurfacing but not concurrently:
- The ramp from SR 25 to southbound I-475. Detour:
northbound I-475; westbound US 24 (Exit 4B); southbound I-475.
- The ramp from southbound I-475 to SR 25 (Exit 2).
Detour: southbound I-475; northbound I-75; US 20 (Exit 193); southbound
I-75; northbound I-475.
Effective Thursday, July 27 at 10pm, through Friday, July 28 at
6am, the ramp from I-475 to southbound I-75 (Exit 1A), will be closed for
resurfacing. Detour: northbound I-75; US 20 (Exit 193); southbound I-75.
Effective Monday, July
31, through Monday, August 7, lane restrictions are possible on northbound
I-75, over US 6, for bridge joint repair.
August 5, through Sunday, August 6, northbound I-75, over US 6, may be reduced
to one lane, for bridge joint repair.
nightly 7pm to 6am, lane restrictions are possible on I-475, between I-75 and
Fort Meigs Road, for joint repairs.
intermittent lane restrictions are possible on I-75, between Oil Center Road
and CR 99, for finish work.
Through August, nightly
7pm to 6am, I-75 at the I-475 interchange, and south of SR 582, may be reduced
to one lane for paving.
