Interstate Ramp Improvement Project

BOWLING GREEN (Wednesday, August 21, 2013) - The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District Two announces the start of the Interstate safety project in Lucas and Wood Counties.   

Various Routes: Interstate and Ramp Improvements 
Lucas & Wood Counties (8021-12):
 Interstate lane and ramp improvements on various routes in Lucas and Wood Counties.   The following ramps will be closed overnight from 9pm until 6am: 
Effective tonight, through Thursday, August 22, the ramp from Airport Highway to southbound I-475 will be closed.  Suggested alternate route: Reynolds Road; Dussel Drive.
Additionally, tonight from 11pm until Thursday, August 22 at1am, the ramp from westbound Airport Highway to northbound I-475 will be closed.  Suggested alternate route: southbound I-475; Salisbury Road/Dussle Drive (Exit 6).
On Thursday August 22 until Friday, August 23, the ramp from southbound I-475 to westbound Airport Highway (Exit 8B) will be closed.   Suggested alternate route:  Salisbury Road/Dussel Drive (Exit 6); northbound I-475.
Additionally, following this above closure, the ramp from southbound I-475 to eastbound Airport Highway, (Exit 8A) will be closed will be closed.  Suggested alternate route: Salisbury Road/Dussel Drive (Exit 6); northbound I-475.
On Friday, August 23, until Saturday, August 24, the ramp from southbound I-475 to eastbound Airport Highway, (Exit 8A) will be closed.  Suggested alternate route: Salisbury Road/Dussel Drive (Exit 6); northbound I-475.
On Saturday, August 24, until Sunday, August 25, the ramp from northbound I-280 to I-75 southbound will be closed.  Suggested alternate route: northbound I-75; Alexis Road (Exit 210).
Additional restrictions and closures will be announced.  Project complete: November. All work is weather permitting.
