Rushland Avenue Bridge Redecking
BOWLING GREEN (Friday, July 22, 2016) - The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District Two announces the following update to the Rushland Avenue bridge redecking project in Lucas County. Updates are highlighted in bold and underlined:
Rushland Avenue: Bridge Redecking
Lucas County (289-16): Effective Monday, July 25, from 5am until 6am, westbound I-475, between Promedica Parkway and Rushland Avenue, will be reduced to one lane for sign removal. Additionally at this time, the ramp from westbound I-475 to Douglas Road (Exit 18B) will be closed. Detour: Monroe Street (Exit 18A); Secor Road; Sylvania Avenue; Douglas Road.
Effective, Monday, July 25, through November, nightly from 7pm through 6am, lane restrictions are possible on I-475, at Rushland Avenue for bridge work. Effective Monday, August 1, through November, Rushland Avenue between Groveland Road and Langenderfer Drive will be closed for bridge deck replacement. Detour: Langenderfer Drive; Bowen Road; Groveland Road. Project complete: June 2018. All work is weather permitting.
