State Route 25 Safety Project
BOWLING GREEN (Wednesday, September 30, 2015) - The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District Two announces the following update to the SR 25 safety project. Updates are highlighted in bold and underlined:
State Route 25: Safety Project
Lucas County (299-15): Effective Friday, October 2 at 8pm, through Monday, October 5 at 6am, South Avenue east of the Anthony Wayne Trail will be closed for intersection work. Detour: Anthony Wayne Trail; Western Avenue; Broadway Street. Through November, motorists are advised of new a traffic pattern on the Anthony Wayne Trail, from Hippo Way to City Park Boulevard. Additionally, at this time, left turn movements to and from the Anthony Wayne Trail from South Avenue and Western Avenue will be permitted.
Through November 2016, the Anthony Wayne Trail, between Hippo Way and City Park Boulevard, is reduced to two lanes for intersection safety improvements and pavement replacement. Project complete: November 2016. All work is weather permitting.
