Southbound Interstate 75 Weekend Closure
BOWLING GREEN (Thursday, October 27, 2016) - The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District Two announces the following reminder for the major interstate closure on the I-75 widening project in Lucas County.
Interstate 75: Widening *MAJOR SOUTHBOUND I-75 WEEKEND CLOSURE*
Lucas County (485-14, 536-14): Effective Friday, October 28 at 9pm, through Monday, October 31 at 6am, southbound I-75, between Berdan Avenue and I-475, will be closed for traffic pattern change. Detour: southbound I-280 (Exit 208); SR 795 (Exit 2).
The ramp from southbound I-75 to westbound I-475 will remain open.
Following the closure of southbound I-75, drivers will be can expect traffic pattern shifts in on southbound I-75 in this area including the ramp from southbound I-75 to 475.
Effective Friday, October 28 at 9pm, through July 2018, the ramp from Phillips Avenue to southbound I-75 will close. Detour: northbound I-75; Stickney Avenue (Exit 207); North Expressway Drive; southbound I-75.
Project complete: September 2018. All work is weather permitting.
