U.S. Route 20 Resurfacing and Turn Lanes Project
BOWLING GREEN (Friday, July 22, 2016) - The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District Two announces the start of the US 20 resurfacing and turn lanes project in Lucas County. Gerken Paving of Napoleon, Ohio, is expected to start work on the $3.7 million project on Thursday, August 4.

Lucas County (366-16): Effective Thursday, August 4, through mid-September, US 20 at Herr Road, will be reduced to one lane for turn lane construction. Traffic will be maintained by a temporary traffic signal. Additionally at this time, Herr Road north of US 20, will be closed. Detour: Sylvania Avenue; Centennial Road. Additional restrictions and local road closures will be announced. Project complete: November. All work is weather permitting.

The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by ODOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 11, 2015, and executed by FHWA and ODOT.
