U.S. Route 23 Culvert Replacement
BOWLING GREEN (Friday, August 19, 2016) - The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District Two announces the following update to the US 23 culvert replacement in Seneca County. Updates are highlighted in bold and underlined:
U.S. Route 23: Culvert Replacement
Seneca County: Effective Monday, August 29, through Friday, September 9, US 23, between TR 108 and CR 18, will be closed for culvert replacement. Detour: SR 18; SR 587; US 224. All work is weather permitting.

As a $2.8 billion per year enterprise, ODOT invests the bulk of its resources in system preservation through maintenance, construction and snow and ice operations.
The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by ODOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 11, 2015, and executed by FHWA and ODOT.
