On March 31, 2006, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) approved the Final Environmental Impact Statement for the US 24 - Napoleon to Toledo project. The Notice of Availability of the Final EIS was published in the Federal Register on April 21. The Final EIS summarizes the comments made on the Draft EIS and describes the changes to the project in response to those comments.
The complete FEIS is presented on this website. Following analysis of the comments on the Final EIS, the FHWA issued a Record of Decision on September 15, 2006.
