SR-96 Closed
RICHLAND COUNTY (Tuesday, December 6, 2011) – State Route 96, just west of its intersection with State Route 13 in Franklin Township, is closed due to high water and flood conditions. The detour route for eastbound motorists is SR-96 to Ganges-Five Points Road, north on Ganges-Five Points Road to State Route 603, east on SR-603 to SR-96, and reverse for westbound motorists.
