ODOT is proposing to replace the
deck and perform
abutment repairs on a US 224 bridge in Greenwich, Ohio
HURON COUNTY (Tuesday, May 15, 2018) This project
consists of the replacement of the deck and abutment repairs of a deficient
single span slab structure over the tributary of the SW Branch Vermilion River
on existing horizontal and vertical roadway alignment with minimal roadway
approach work. All work will occur within existing right-of-way. The project is
located on US 224 in Greenwich, Huron County, Ohio. No deep excavation or
utility relocations will occur as a result of construction.
Traffic will be detoured during
construction. Construction is anticipated to begin in August 2018.
