ODOT to Hold Public Meeting

State Route 4 and State Route 99/Skadden Rd Intersection Safety Improvement Project​

Erie County 10/31/18 - The Ohio Department of Transportation District 3 has scheduled a public meeting; open to residents, local officials and interested persons for the purpose of providing information for improvements at the intersection of State Route 4 and State Route 99/Skadden Rd, in Erie County. The focus of the meeting will be to review different options to improve the safety of the intersection.


This meeting will be held Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Groton Township Hall. The meeting will be conducted in an open-house style format. The meeting will be a good opportunity to be updated on the project, meet with the project team, view exhibits and express any comments or concerns you may have about the project.

The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried-out by ODOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 11, 2015, and executed by FHWA and ODOT​
