Of all ODOT's employees, the County Highway Maintenance Workers are those who are the most visible to the traveling public. These are the employees who clear the state highways of snow and ice during the winter months. The Ashtabula County Garage facility is located in Ashtabula, just off of SR 11 at Seven Hills Road. This county maintains the roadways on federal and state routes in and around Geneva, Ashtabula, Conneaut, Jefferson, Andover, Orwell, North Kingsville & Rock Creek.
