Consultant Administration Engineer:
Oversee section and work to improve coordination amongst other departments.

Consultant Management:
Coordinate with the other departments the development of a thorough scope to meet project expectations and fiscal constraints. Assist in the consultant selection process. Work with Central Office to negotiate consultant and LPA agreements and modifications. Process all consultant and LPA preliminary engineering invoices.
Consultant Administration:
Manage and coordinate/perform reviews for all projects submitted by consultants. Management duties begin at step 4 of the PDP through project award and include coordination with other sections as well applicable local agencies.
