Environmental 

The primary responsibility of the Environmental Section is to obtain environmental clearance for transportation projects through the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Process and to obtain waterway permits through the Clean Water Act. This section also incorporates ODOT aesthetics design guidelines into transportation projects and is responsible to conduct asbestos surveys for bridge rehabilitation/replacement projects.
