Crain Avenue in the City of Kent

(Until further notice)

Various daytime lane restrictions will occur on Crain Ave., Fairchild Ave., Lake St., and N. Water St. near their respective intersections for utility relocations. This work is part of a $17.3 million project to improve the intersections of SR 43 and Crain Ave.; SR 43 and Fairchild Ave.; and Crain Ave., N. Water St. and Lake St. This will include the replacement and relocation of the Crain Ave. bridge over the railroad with the western end of the bridge now aligning with the intersection of Fairchild Ave. and SR 43. The eastern end of the bridge will now intersect in a tee alignment with N. Water St. The entire project is scheduled to be complete by December 2012.  

State Route 43 in the City of Aurora

SR 43 from SR 82 to Bissell Rd. will have various daily lane restrictions for culvert and drainage work. This work is part of a $8.9 million project to widen and resurface approximately two miles of SR 43 from SR 82 to Squires Rd. The entire project is scheduled to be complete by July 2011. .
